Rotaract
Club of Phnom Penh - University District is the first Rotaract Club
in Cambodia, which was initiated by RTN. BEN BETONIO - former
Rotaract Coordinator and Vocational Service Director of Rotary Club
of Phnom Penh. The first club meeting was on December 10, 2000 and
is followed be a series of regular meetings every Saturday from 3:00
to 4:30 PM at Norton University. We have been providing free education
of the English language as well as hygiene and ethics to a number
of children at Koh Krobey village, Kandal Province. Nowaday substitute
for RTN. CHAN SOK KHIENG has been Rotaract Coordinator and
President of Rotary Club of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
