INTRODUCTION
United Children New Year has played a vital role in the development of Cambodia. Despite the fact that the dark cloud of the genocidal Pol Pot regime has gone for more than two decades, Cambodia’s New Year is struggling to improve itself. Meanwhile, equal educational opportunity for all has not yet been available. Being economically insufficient, many children has dropped out of schools before completion of their primary school’s education, which give them very little to live a good life in the future.

Rotaract is a worldwide organization of young men and women aged 18 through 30 who believe they can make a difference locally and internationally through community and international services. They are responsive to community development needs and intend to improve the lives of people around them.
