I. Responsibility:

-	Plan and implement fundraising programs to support club adminstration and service activities.
-	Help other committee to write projects.
-	Translation Team: provides translation service to the public.
-	Lucky Fun: lucky draw that brings fun to Rotaraactors an raises some contribution from them.
-	Give an oral report at each board meeting.
-	Write quarterly reports to the Club Secretary.
