I. Responsibility:

-	Review suggestions and develop plans for the club's annual
	community service project(s).
-	Organize and facilitate the project(s).
-	Manage the education programs at Koh Krobey Village.
-	Write quarterly reports to Maryknoll organization, who
	sponsors the New Curriculum Project.
-	Give an oral report at each board meeting.
-	Write quarterly reports to the Club Secretary.
