I. Responsibility:

-	Promote and handle the club's communication with the public, outside agencies, charitable people, donors, and prospective and associate members.
-	Edit and combine reports from all committees in order to write and distribute the club brochure and quarterly newsletters or maganizes.
-	Encourage Rotaractors to inform their families and friends about Rotaract.
-	Take positive steps to prevent or correct any attitudes which may harm Rotaract's reputation.
-	Give an oral report at each board meeting.
-	Write quarterly reports to the Club Secretary.
